   thanxs for the question..i got the experience on it..i want to share with you…ok to make ur picture or a media work successfully you need to program…first you need ACDsee program,you can dowload it for free by searching from google.com…and the second program is Adobe photoshop…i recommend you to use adobe photoshop..cause many thing you can do with this program…
   why u need acdsee program…ok…first open acdsee program then click file then open the picture you want…ok after that go to view menu…then convert it to JPEG format…so the picture will reduce the resolution and color in the picture…after that save it….or u can save as with diffrent name…after that..open ADOBE Photoshop…then open the file from file menu..then choose the picture that already convert to JPEG format….from their you can do what ever you want…you need to buy adobe photoshop…you can learn using Adobe photoshop from website…just search from google….adobe photoshop tutorial….thats all….GOOD LUCK

   Get GIMP: a Photoshop-like program. Once you figure out how to use it, it works well.
