I’m 18,he’s 22…I met him before 2 weeks…through all this time we communicated via sms and then one day he asked me out and I said yes(1 week ago)He’s involved in some elections here and he has many things to do….so we postponed it for another time..that time was on Monday(3 days ago).He was in a town 60km from here for business….the date was at 16:00.I sent him a message at 15:30 and he said that he’s on the way back and that he’ll be here in 30′.I left home on 15:45 and I called him..he didn’t answer…I thought that he was driving…but then he never showed up! I sent these 2 messages: “why didn’t you tell me that you didn’t want us to go out?!” and “finally all politicians are liars!”…And just yesterday he sent a message telling me that he had an accident that time after we spoke and that I should not judge very fast and to take care!I feel very bad now!I told him that I don’t want this to be an end and he said to leave him alone for a bit to calm down and he’ll call back.

Listen, I think I’ve found proof that the whole struggle between the Iranian and the American gov’ts is fake. YES, FAKE! Here’s how:
As you know, after the elections, some young people in Tehran go out on the streets and make demonstrations. How? Easy. They send each other SMS or they email each other and they tell each other that on a particular day, they will gather is some place. Now, hear the interesting part. Recently the gov’t blocks the email and SMS services two or three days before any public demonstrations, so that the guys cannot arrange to shout different mottos. Get it?
For five days I was not able to use Yahoo Answers or send emails. The YA website opened, but when I wanted to post a question or answer one, the “continue” and “preview” buttons were inactive. (grey in color), so practically I couldn’t use YA.
Here’s my question to you: YA belongs to Yahoo corporation and it’s an American corporation. How exactly is our gov’t able to deactivate a single button on a website without blocking the whole website? They either have to hack into YA website (highly unlikely), OR THE YAHOO ITSELF HAS DONE THIS TO PREVENT IRANIANS FROM SENDING ANYTHING ON YA. The latter makes sense.
You know what? Do you really believe that your gov’t is unable to defeat our gov’t? The most powerful country in the world cannot deal with a weak gov’t? Come on! If they wanted to do it bad enough, they would have dealt with it a long time ago! It’s been 30 years now and by the looks of it, nothing special is ever going to happen.
I don’t think this is a conspiracy theory. It’s all real. The American and the Iranian gov’t are both cooperating each other, pretending to be enemies, while in fact, some important figures in the Iranian gov’t are selling out all the resources Iran has. Gas, oil, mines, jungles, water! Everything! Iranian gov’t is very useful for the American gov’t. All this is being invested in western countries including America. Besides, the American gov’t uses the Iranian gov’t as a scape goat and to digress your attention from what’s going on in the U.S.
They give you ultimate freedom and say “Just mind your own business, you have your freedom, so shut up and don’t interfrrer in what we are doing to other people and to you!”
Yeah, when you look at the U.S from outside, all you see is a system which is strictly controlled. People’s minds are poisoned by unbelievable propaganda via the internet, Hollywood movies, newspapers, T.V, even PC games! When I play this GTA IV game, it does include lots of propaganda. Fear control they call it. Keep the population in fear and they will follow you. I really don’t mean to insult you or anything like that, but come on! They have turned you into an ignorant people! I’ve chatted with lots of Americans, and even the elderly don’t seem to have a brain of a 10 year old. You can thank your gov’t fo that.
It hasn’t been much difference here, at least not 30 years ago when people were like sheep. Brainless to say the least, but now, the population is very intelligent. When you talk with children, you think they’re adults or something. They know a lot. We know a lot. Despite all the efforts the gov’t makes to censor sattellite T.V, foreign internet websites, etc, our people seem to know a lot, but you have everything available. You don’t bother yourselves to learn anything. ANYTHING AT ALL.
Anyways, the main point is I think there is no struggle between Iran and America. It’s all a set up to steal our resources.

its a bad time because of the election and that ahmadinejad had blocked everything and the internet had gone really strange, even my hotmail contacts have been deleted!! and i cant sms abroad or anything!!

Hi.I live in Iran. I thinksomehow the situation is getting serious. Yesterday I heard that America said that they were going to make contact with street fighters and help them. How exactly is it possible? Of course, I never interfere in such things, because it’s dangerous, but I got interested in what America has offered. Also, what use is there in making contact with them? I mean it won’t save their lives. In Tehran alone over a million people have gone rogue and they call the protestors “law breakers”. That’s funny. In my city which is the second important city in Iran, countless number of people gather day and night make traffic jams etc. Mir Hossein Mousavi is from our city and is an Azeri just like the rest of us (He’s not Persian), so obviously we ALL voted for him, but in the elction results they said 1 million and two hundred thousand people from my city had voted for Ahmadinejad and only eight thousands for Mousavi!!!!!!!! In Tehran most people have voted for Mousavi. The capital city being the most important is far dangerous than any other cities.
Mousavi is a reformist just ike our previous Azeri president Khatami who says Ahmadinejad has interefered in world affairs which have got nothing to do with us and has caused trouble for us. He says why should we give our money to countries like Iraq and Afghanistan or Palestine, while our own people need it considering that in Iran-Iraq war the whole world helped Saddam and were our enemies, so why should we feel pity for them while they’re the ones who have been killing us in an unjust one-way war for eight years. He says why not make peace with America? Now that crazy Bush is gone and good Hossein Obama is in office, it would be a perfect oportunity to make peace with America because that’s what our people want, but obviously one person thinks he has the right to decide for us with who we should make peace!!! Mousavi is one great man. He is so brave that he criticized Ahmadinejad so sharply on live public media!!! No body else would have dared to do such a thing! That’s when Mousavi who was previously unknown by most Iranians (including me) gained so much popularity that in most of the cities in Iran there was a green wave! Mousavi’s sign was a green piece of cloth which most people carried with themselves! With so much popularity, how do they expect us to believe that Ahmadinejad has really won the election with such a wide difference!!!!!! 13 million Mousavi and 24 million Ahmadi?!!!!!!! Yeah, say it to the marines! I think the results have been reversed!
Dear Americans, they have shut the SMS service down nationwide, have blocked most of the news websites, have blocked the access to all English news such as BBC, CNN, Fox News etc, have banned all reformist newspapers, etc etc etc. How do you think this will turn out and what is Obama going to do about this?

Journalism involves perfectly neutral reporting, not selectively hiding any fact at all free from any mindset, emotion, patriotism, prejudice, bias & favouring benefit of anybody or group. Now a days, print media reporting & press conference have become idustries. Press persons gather in large numbers only where there is a big treat, presents in brief cases(filled with currency notes & costly ornaments etc along with a brief press note). They enjoy 5 -star type parties, take a lot of whisky & move out, printing few lines of the press note provided by hosts. That’s why, they attend press conferences of either big industrialists or high profile ministers so that they get such hefty bribes. These things are presented so that they refrain from writing against them. Once, Maharastra state govt. of India alotted a plot of land to every journalist in Navi Mumbai(New Bombay). Most of the journalists were sent invitations in form of printed cards but now it is sent by mobile phone SMS & the hosts convey messages by their subordinates that it will have grand feast with imported heavy liquors too in Taj Mahal or Oberoi hotel etc. When there is some event of big news value, the reporters are missing but at the end everyone tries to tell that he reached first, hoodwinking public. TV correspondents too earn heavily from such open bribery.
Once in 90s Indian Hockey Federation(IHF)’s chief’s election was to take place in Bhopal & an old Olympian Mohd Ghufran was nominated. K P S Gill , a Sikh so called supercop, never played hockey was nominated against him. His musclemen seized the whole city Bhopal one day before election & threatened all concerned members. At last Gill got elected unopposed b coz Ghufran withdrew his nomination under threat to his life at the last moment. In press conference, Gill spent heavily on non-veg & liquor party for journalists & golden chains too were presented to all. After treats, a journalist asked Gill , ” How could you be elected unopposed against Ghufran, the hockey wizard when you never played hockey ?” Another one asked, “Have you ever played Gulli Danda even & got elected unopposed for IHF?” On this, his musclemen held those two journalists, pulled, lifted, beated heavily & threw them away mercilessly so much that a rib bone of one was broken & other one too sustained heavy injuries. Next day Gill apologised. After that episode only journalists suddenly started writing against him about his operations in Indian Punjab, killing large number of innocent Sikhs in fake encounters & he having illegal sex relations with ladies too in that old age,…etc. Before that they never reported those CORRECT things & praising him like anything giving him full credit for ending Khalistan terrorist movement. Clearly, correct news were suppressed through bribes. So, balanced reportings of events by presenting both bright & dark side of the picture “equally” is missing. Why ? Because, journalism has become an unprincipled industry. Journalists MUST NOT ACCEPT GIFTS & TREATS. Otherwise, it is corruption. Film personalities pay 5-star hotel stay bills of journalists too from their own pockets. General feeling is that most of great people are scared of journalists. One editor of Times group said that only 30 % corrupt journalists did so, not all. People believe 100 % are so ? What is correct situation ? How can this evil be eliminated ?

I live in IRAN, where the government cheated in election to re-elect Mahmood Ahmadinejhaad in presidential election. All the sites are filtered and they are gathering satelite dishes from people’s house. Cell phones are always disabled and no sms message can be sent. Many people have been killed by government forces called “lebas shakhsi’s” (those who don’t have uniformes) and many ones arrested. We found dead bodies in streets late at nights. The only way to announce eachther is sending mail messages which is limited in yahoo mail. We can not announce all of our friends bacause we can not send too many mail messages through yahoo mail. Please let everyone know the situation in Iran and ask yahoo to eliminate mail sending limitation. Please take it serious, this is the only thing you can do for human rights in IRAN and against Mahmood Ahmadinejhaad which is threathing all the world by his dictatorship.

The JD(S) in the State, led by H D Kumarswamy, will soon shed its bucolic image and usher in information technology application in a big way to reach out to urban voters during the coming Lok Sabha election.
The party could be seen vying with its principal opponents — the BJP and the Congress — in online campaign by bombarding SMS, voice mails, e-mails and video clippings to target voters during electioneering in the coming days.
More importantly, the JD(S) will, for the first time, have an official website of its own — address of which is yet to be finalised. Sources said Kumaraswamy has decided to hire the service of an online election campaign service provider for this purpose. ElectionCampaigner.in, one of the leading Indian online campaign service providers, recently gave a power point presentation to the former CM and other senior party leaders.
The online election campaign service provider will have experts who help political parties to reach, attract and influence voters, especially those in urban areas. Why does the JD(S) wants to adopt IT now? “Kumaraswamy believes that the party needs to change with the time and compete with rival parties in all respects. Moreover, the JD(S) is fighting the coming elections under the third front banner. So the party leaders want to reach out to urban voters also,” sources explained.
JD(S) senior leader C Narayanaswamy, who is co-ordinating with Kumaraswamy in this regard, said the party will have full-fledged and permanent IT infrastructure.
“Our efforts are not aimed at the forthcoming elections alone. If not computers, almost all farmers have cell phones. By using IT, we can reach them easily,” he pointed out.
